Sigung Ong currently holds the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt and the title of Master Instructor in the art of Kajukenbo-Lua. He has been instructing Kajukenbo-Lua at the Chandler Gilbert Community College for the past 15 years. Sifu Ong believes in teaching through positive reinforcement, thereby building self-esteem and confidence in his students. Kajukenbo-Lua offers the unique combination of Lua Bone-Dislocation techniques, Kui Kui (Boxing), Hulas (Dances) and Hawaiian Mea Kaua’s (Weapons) with Kajukenbo Self Defense Techniques creating a comprehensive self-defense system with an emphasis on the Hawaiian culture.
